UV Light Installation in Gaithersburg, MD
Your HVAC system works hard to maintain a consistent, comfortable climate within your home while battling the ever-changing temperatures outside. Despite all of its heating and cooling glory, your HVAC system is still susceptible to mold and bacteria. Mold and bacteria can creep in and fester if your HVAC system has not been properly maintained or serviced. When your HVAC system is compromised by mold or bacteria, your family is at risk of allergies, illnesses and respiratory complications.
There are many ways you can make sure your HVAC system is contaminant free, the most effective of which is UV lighting. Ultra violet lighting will sterilize the air entering into your HVAC system before it circulates throughout your home, protecting your family from contaminants. UV light is so effective, it penetrates cells—breaking down organic matter from the inside out.
Since 1982, Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. has provided affordable, quality UV light installation services to homes and businesses all over the Montgomery County and Washington D.C. area. If you would like to significantly improve the air quality in your home or office, let the Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning family take care of your family. Kinds Of UV Lighting
Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning works with two primary types of UV light systems:
Air Sterilization
This UV light system is mounted within the air duct and is activated when the air handler blower turns on. Air then passes through the UV light as it moves through the system— cleaning the air of unhealthy particulates.
Coil Sterilization
This UV light system is specifically aimed at the air handler coil—the component most prone to the buildup of mold and bacteria. Because the coil is perpetually damp, it is particularly vulnerable to VOC’s and other irritants that—if gone untreated—can build up to unsafe levels. A coil sterilization UV light is mounted so that it shines directly on the air handler coil at all times.
Save your family undue stress and illness by installing a UV light system with Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning. Let our family keep your family safe. Our skilled specialists would love to come to your home to personally analyze your HVAC system and assess your UV light needs.
